About Eirlys

Hi – I’m Eirlys!

I am passionate about animals – and always have been! From a young age my goal has been to help animals and their owners to live happy, healthy and fun-filled lives.

I am a McTimoney Animal Chiropractor and Soft Tissue Therapist, having completed an MSc in Animal Manipulation (Chiropractic Techniques) at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic and a BSc (Hons) in Animal Therapy at the University of Essex. In addition I am also a fully qualified and insured Equine Body Worker and have completed my Level 2 Reiki Practitioner training.

I provide both rehabilitative and maintenance treatments for small and large animals, with a large amount of my work focused on horses as a result of my specialist Equine background.

Previously I have worked at a world renowned Small Animal Veterinary Hospital (Orthopaedics and Neurology), and on Equine Competition Yards, so I have a wide range of experience with a variety of animals undergoing rehabilitative and maintenance therapies.

I have also been riding horses for 20 years – I fell in love with the sport (and horses) at a very young age! This experience combined with my academic studies allows me to see the situation from a riders viewpoint, as well as a therapist’s – benefiting both the animal and their owner.

I feel incredibly lucky to be able to turn my passion into my career!

Please do let me know if you have any questions and I will do my best to help.

Best wishes to you and your furry friends!
